Parliament
The Parliament is unicameral and is located in Noumea.
The congress is formed by the meeting of part of the members of the 3 assemblies of provinces (respectively 32 members, 15 members, and 7 members), that is, 54 members. The assemblies of the provinces (respectively 40 members, 22 members and 14 members) are elected by the vote for all for one 5 years duration. New Caledonia elects 1 seat to the French Senate and 2 seats to the French National Assembly.
