  • Notes:
    • Caffeine increases nicotine effects (which is why most people use them together)
    • Lobelia herb produces similar effects to nicotine, which may help individuals stop smoking.
    • More than 4,000 chemical substances have been found in cigarette smoke; many are known to cause cancer.
