Nasal Spray

1) Without Tincture:

  • 2 drops each of the essential oils of eucalyptus, juniper, sage, and rosemary

Place into a nasal spray bottle (available from pharmacies). Fill with distilled water. Spray up nostrils as often as needed.

2) With Tincture:

  • 5 drops each of the tinctures of eucalyptus, usnea, echinacea, sage, and juniper
  • 3 drops grapefruit seed extract

Place in a 1 ounce (30 ml) nasal spray bottle. Fill with distilled water and use as often as needed.

Nasal sprays are excellent for thwarting the onset of upper respiratory or sinus infections.
