From a single bulb and 5 acres, Oddball Organics has blossomed into a major garlic business. Near Langley, BC, this family-owned enterprise not only sells fresh, whole, garlic but also delicious “nectars”. The difference between the three sauces is a matter of how much hot pepper is used. Garlic Nectar is the mildest with just a little cayenne. Nasty Nectar is warmer with a little more cayenne. Nuclear Nectar says it all! It contains habanero peppers! Having tasted it, I loved the way the flavors danced around on my tongue! Garlic and hot-pepper lovers will, too.
