Micronesia
The Congress is unicameral and is located at Palikir.
There are fourteen members. Ten of them are elected by the population; and four are by at-large, one from each of the four states. The most populated state has six; another state has four; while the other two states have two each. At-large members are elected to serve a four-year term, and other members are to serve a two-year term.
