ParliamentParliament (Bundesversammlung) is bicameral and is located in Vienna.
The Nationalrat has 183 members, who are elected to four-year terms by popular vote. The Bundesrat has 63 members, who are elected by the nine Landstags (provincial legislatures). They serve as long as the Landstag that chose them stays in power.
